Haide Pack apply only DIC Sunchemical Ink and adhesive (solvent base) and Bostik (solvent free) adhesive. (EU) 1935/2004 migration test Compliance & declaration of Compliance (DoC).

Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 (derogation).
Active & Intelligent Materials: Regulation (EC) No 450/2009 (for materials that extend shelf-life or monitor freshness).
Recycled Plastics: Regulation (EC) No 282/2008 (strict safety requirements for using recycled plastic in FCM).

High Performance Quality Spout Pouch

Spout: PP food-grade material for high temperature sterilization, with a hermetic seal to the inner layer of the pouch.
Cap/Closure: Secure click, proper torque, and effective tamper evidence  ring.

Leak Test Proved: 100% leak testing (inverted, under pressure, or vacuum) This checks the integrated system: seals, spout base, and cap closure.
Puncture Resistance & Durability: Pouch should withstand drops, stacking, and transportation without rupturing. Related to film strength and seal quality.

Easy Open: The cap should open easily without excessive force
Controlled Flow/Closure: desired flow rate and a clean, drip-free cut-off when closed.
Reclosability: Cap must reseal securely multiple times to preserve the product after opening.

Seal Integrity

Top & Bottom Seals: Strong, consistent in width, and free of wrinkles, channels, or contamination and weak spots.
Hermetic Seal: No leakage paths between the spout's flange and the inner pouch layer.
Position & Alignment: Spout must be correctly placed within the seal area and not crooked.
Seal Integrity Testing: Often checked via burst pressure tests (air pressure inside the pouch) and dye penetration tests (Haide workshop on-line test and each carton 2 pcs lab test).

Quality Control and Traceability managment system

Migration & Safety: All materials must comply with relevant food contact regulations (FDA, EU, etc.). No unacceptable migration of substances from the laminate, ink, or adhesive.
Sterilization Compatibility: The pouch-spout-cap system must withstand the sterilization process (e.g., steam, irradiation) without deformation, delamination, or loss of barrier properties.

Optical defect inspection during printing and after lamination to record and select out the unqualified product.

ISO9001/FSSC22000/BRC/ISO14001/ISO45001 certified factory.

Traceability of 24 months record in case of recall and quality complain.
